The program is directed at management positions in the industry, positions that require a broad understanding of management and its application to the business and organizations that flourish in this sector. With a solid core of business management courses and theoretical and applied study of the broad hospitality and tourism industry, students are educated to move to management positions in hotels or restaurants or in other national economic sectors.

The Master of Tourism Management course is one of the higher education courses, the purpose of which is to train specialized human resources required by the tourism industry and provide the necessary scientific insights to effectively and efficiently manage organizations related to this industry. In this course, students will be introduced to the new findings of tourism management as an independent scientific category. The tourism industry, which has seen rapid growth in the last decade, is the most important job-creating industry in the world today and a key sector in the economies of many countries. Developing countries have also lost an inaccessible opportunity for development as long as they do not overcome the social, economic and cultural barriers to acceptable tourism growth. Today, governments, big industry leaders, and academics are all increasingly aware of the highly successful future of the industry. Achieving the success of the tourism industry requires the efforts of skilled manpower and expert decision-makers who have the ability to plan and manage different parts of the industry. To be. Accordingly, the main purpose of this course is to train skilled manpower in planning, decision-making, management and administration of various units of the tourism industry.
Many international economists have recognized tourism as the world's largest industry. This socio-economic and cultural activity is supported by investing in domestic and foreign tourists. These investments are a good opportunity for professionals to plan for the development of goals and objectives and marketing of the tourism industry. Sustainable success in tourism development basically requires graduates who can identify and address tourism problems and issues. At the same time, these experts improve the quality of services at the level of desirable global governorates and examine the level of financial participation of various economic sectors on specific tourism projects. The presence of managers and planners aware of the various dimensions of the tourism issue will facilitate the achievement of sustainable development in which both the socio-economic and cultural interests of the present generation are considered and the tourism interests are preserved for future generations.
