About Sub Group: Statistics
The Statistics undergraduate program has been designed to provide a foundational introduction to fundamental concepts in mathematics for high school graduates. Graduate students of this program will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
a) analyzing statistical data in different organizations
b) teaching statistics and probabilities high school level
c) gaining competency for continuing their education towards an M.A. or Ph.D degree.
d) applying fundamental concepts of statistics to economic and industrial data
Potential: Statistics
a) teach statistics and mathematics at high schools
b) meet the qualifications for studying in graduate courses
c) demonstrate the ability to analyze economic and industrial data
d) make meticulous plans and solve their pertinent problems
e) solve special statistical problem
Importance: Statistics
Statistics graduates will have the opportunity to be employed in such organizations as the bureau of management and budget, office of education, or even medical or industrial centers. This objective is in line with overall goals of economic and industrial independence of the country.
